Maze Electric, LLC has deep roots in the communities we serve, built on decades of craftsmanship, reliability, and customer-focused service. Formally known as D.S. Groff Electric, the company was founded by Dale S. Groff in 1997 as a full-service electrical contractor serving McKean, Elk, Potter, Warren, Cattaraugus, Allegany, and Chautauqua counties across Pennsylvania and New York. In 2001, D.S. Groff Electric expanded its services by becoming an authorized Generac dealer, offering generator sales, service, and maintenance while continuing to provide quality electrical contracting.

In 2023, Maze Electric was founded by Conner Maze with a vision of delivering modern, dependable, community-centered electrical service. That vision grew even stronger in 2025 when Maze Electric proudly acquired D.S. Groff Electric. This transition honors the legacy built by Dale S. Groff while bringing fresh energy, updated capabilities, and a renewed commitment to excellence.
